What happens after I book?
You'll get an email confirmation straight away, and a reminder the day before your appointment. If it's a video call, the confirmation includes a link to join.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes. Every confirmation and reminder email includes a link to manage your booking, where you can cancel it any time before it starts. To reschedule, cancel your existing time and book a new one, or contact us.
Do I need to bring anything?
It helps to have your most recent academic transcripts and any English test results on hand if you have them, but it's not required for a first consultation.
Is the consultation online or in person?
It depends on the office and time you choose — we'll confirm the format when we get in touch, or you can ask for a specific format in the notes field when booking.
